| Agricultural manufacturing is one of the
most important activities in Egypt and the Arab world because
fast-processed foods have become one of the basic requirements of the
daily life of citizens. - The potato crop is one of the most important agricultural crops because it is considered the fourth consumer product in the world after rice, wheat and corn. - The climate in Egypt is suitable for growing potatoes due to the availability of the appropriate environment for agriculture in terms of good soil, temperature and water availability throughout the year, and it entails the availability of raw material used for the manufacture of semi-fried potatoes. - Egypt is relatively distinguished in terms of the production of semi-fried potatoes and its export to both Arab and European countries and the increase in global demand for the product of semi-fried potatoes - It is noted that exports are increasing to European countries during the winter season due to the fact that these countries have increased consumption of potato product during this period and their inability to plant at these times due to weather conditions. - The demand for the potato product is considered all year round and does not have a specific season in consumption, like some products. - The factory aims to export to Arab and European countries, so the production line is fully automatic from the receipt of raw materials to the packaging stage to ensure the application of international food safety standards. |
